These Terms govern your access to and use of DreamDetected. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Not medical or psychological advice
DreamDetected is provided for self-reflection and entertainment. Its analyses are AI-generated interpretations and are not medical, psychological, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing distress, please consult a qualified professional.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
Subscriptions & billing
- The free plan includes a limited number of analyses per month (currently 3).
- Paid plans (Visionary, Dream Coach) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Contact us for billing issues.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to submit unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the dream content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and store it to provide the service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate your analysis).
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamDetected is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
